Builder of the Month for Smart Courier Pickup Scheduling, built with Divya HS and Sree Varshini K Achar.
Why Prajwal. Courier scheduling is a hard problem: every pickup has a time window, every route depends on real travel times, and dispatchers need to see it all live. The team had little time, and still came out with a working software solution: a full stack build on FastAPI, PostgreSQL and React that assigns each pickup to the best available courier, with map and calendar views and live tracking. Doing that under time pressure was really impressive.
